Quinoa is rich in proteins, carbohydrates and has an excellent balance of amino acids, essential for the development of tissues in the human body.
The concentration of lysine in quinoa is almost doublé compared to other cereal and grasses, it contains no colesterol. It is grown in the Andean región, mainly in the highlands of Peru.

Place the rinsed quinoa in a saucepan, pour wáter in a ration of 2 parts wáter to 1 part seed, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer, covered, until quinoa absorbs all the water.
