Contains pure Bulgarian rose Otto that helps to illuminate the face to have a positive toning effect on the superficial capillaries. The Mullein flower extract helps illuminate the skin by absorbing invisible UV radiation and transforming it into visible light. Candeia bark extract revitalizes the skin, helps control irritation, and softens the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
