How to use:

1. Boil or heat fresh, filtered water.
2. Pour ¾ cup of water over a tea bag in a mug. Let stand 4-6 minutes and remove bag.
3. Sweeten if desired and enjoy.
4. Pour 2 cups of boiling water over 4 tea bags in a heatproof pitcher. Prepare as above, then add 2 cups cold water. Serve on ice.
