Since 1999, in Chocolates Solé we are pioneers in the production of organic chocolates.
The basis of our organic cocoa is the careful selection of its ingredients. The raw materials we use come exclusively from controlled organic farming, free of fertilizers and pesticides, or substances such as lecithin, present in the membranes of plant and animal cells. The main ingredients such as cocoa come from 100% of the Dominican Republic and unrefined sugarcane from Brazil.
In Chocolates Solé we take care of the entire process of ecological production, and we commit ourselves to the environment by eliminating the aluminum foil in the wrappings of our organic chocolates, as it is a non-recyclable and polluting material in the extraction process.
Our range of organic products are endorsed by the CCPAE (Catalan Council of Ecological Agricultural Production), which is responsible for verifying and certifying the use of organic agro-food products, and for the ecological seal of the European Union that allows us to export outside of Spain.
