This is a coffee grown at high altitude, between 1500 and 1800 meters and from certified organic agriculture.
Generous organic coffee in the mouth, with delicate and creamy aromas.
Naturally it contains little caffeine (approximately 1.22%), rich in magnesium, iron and vitamin PP.
This Pure Arabica requires mineral rich soils, a constant temperature (20 ° C) and grows at high altitude providing superior quality.
It comes from Chiapas, on the southwest border of Guatemala, on the Pacific coast, where one of the plantations guarantees a crop without chemical fertilizers or pesticides.
