Unpasteurized Aoki Rice Miso from La Finestra sul Cielo.
Miso is the result of a well-known maturation, lasting approximately one year, of soybeans, salts and cereals, carried out in large vats of cedar.
This process gives rise to a dark and very tasty paste that is used mainly together with the bouillon cubes in the preparation of soups, sauces and various condiments.
Aoki unpasteurized rice miso, produced with soybeans, brown rice and salt has a pure and intense flavor.
Allergens: May contain traces of gluten, nuts and peanuts.
How to use: Add at the end of cooking in soups without making it boil. The miso is already salty so it is not necessary to add salt in the dishes that are prepared with this food. The eventual appearance of clear lumps on the surface is due to the presence of an amino acid (tyrosine) that occurs naturally in the fermented miso.
