Tapioca flour from organic farming. Made from the root of cassava (yucca) from which is obtained, by drying, a flour that, naturally, is deprived of gluten. It is ideal to give density to creams and soups.
How to use: Add a spoonful of product in the soup or cream to make it creamier.
Allergens: May contain traces of gluten, soy, sesame and nuts.
Packaging in protective atmosphere. Store in a cool, dry and dark place. Avoid direct exposure to light and heat sources.
