En mi despensa siempre hay soja texturizada, y El Granero siempre es una buena marca a la que comprar productos. Esta soja me gusta, a veces la soja me ha llegado demasiado fina, pero la aprovecho para alguna receta en particular.

La utilizo como sustito de la carne y la verdad que me ha sorprendido mucho sus resultado. Hay que dejarlo en remojo antes de consumir y absorbe muy bien los sabores, a mi me gusta más que el tofu, lo puedo cocinar mejor
