Cous cous integral from organic farming of El Granero Integral, a cous cous made from whole wheat spelled wheat flour.
This product brings a different flavor to the traditional cous cous of wheat.
In addition, spelled contains more protein than wheat and contains less gluten, so it makes it digest better.
Being integral gives us enough fiber and more vitamins and minerals than the non-integral versions, but fundamentally, cous cous gives us slow-release carbohydrates.
This cous cous is widely used in international food dishes, as an accompaniment to recipes, or as a dish itself along with vegetables and legumes.
How to use: It is recommended to boil the same volume of water or vegetable broth as cous cous. When it boils, remove from heat and add cous cous. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Add a splash of oil and stir. Season to taste.
