The red cranberries (Vaccinium Oxycoccos) of wild culture have a high content of anthocyanins and antioxidants and are an important source of vitamin C. The anthocyanin and vitamin C in the cranberries can contribute to the normal functioning of the urinary tract. Vitamin E protects cells against oxidative stress caused by aging. Potassium contributes to the normal functioning of the muscles and the nervous system, and to the maintenance of a normal blood pressure. High natural content of fibers. Freeze drying preserves the natural flavor, color and aroma of the berry, while retaining its content of nutrients and minerals.

The Nordic Forest wild blueberries are a good source of several vitamins and minerals: vitamin C, K, B6, A, E, iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, potassium, folic acid, phosphorus, manganese, etc.

How to use: Add to your shake, yogurt, kefir, cottage cheese, oats, cereals, muesli, protein shakes or use it in other recipes. To take into account: the powder is very fine and mixes easily but does not dissolve in the water. For a greater nutritional benefit, it is recommended to take 1-2 scoops a day for 2-3 weeks.

Me encanta añadirlo al yogur, le da un sabor más especial y además el arándano tiene muchísimas propiedades.

Se puede usar para preparar muchas recetas
