Piadina cake made of spelled flour. The piadina is the Italian variant of the well-known Mexican cake.
The recipe is centuries old and originally comes from northern Italy. Perfect to accompany both cold and hot ingredients.
Preparation: Heat the piadina on a hot baking sheet or in a non-stick pan for 1 minute on each side.
Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume preferably before 3 days.
