Prepare delicious poached eggs in the easiest and most efficient way in just 3 minutes.

How to use:

1. Heat the water in a pot to 90ºC - 95ºC (it is important that it does not boil).
2. Place the egg poach in a glass and break the egg on top. This removes excess condensation liquid through the grid, it is not the white of the egg.
3. Close the egg poach well and place it in the pot for 3 min.
4. Then remove the mold from the water and unmold it!

The Perfect poached eggs! Poaching rack and its design allows it to float, ensuring perfect cooking of the egg.
