This hamburger dough preparation has a high vegetable protein content.
You can use it in many different ways, such as hamburger, grilled or with any accompaniment.
How to use: Mix a glass and a half (325 ml) of water with the ingredients from step 1 and beat until it thickens. Add step 2 and knead until a homogeneous dough is achieved. Give it the desired shape and proceed with cooking.
