The organic butter we get is heated to remove water and protein, so that has a sweet touch.
Its high smoke point of 250º makes it the safest way to cook without generating acrolein (carcinogenic substances that originate when oils are burned when cooking), contains vit A, D, E, K (K2), butyric acid ( anti-inflammatory), linoeic acid, calcium, phosphorus, chromium, zinc, copper, selenium, omega 3, 6 and 9.
You can use it for cooking, frying, in the oven, barbecue, ... it has a smoke point of 250º, surpassing all the cooking oils. Its use should be 30% less than what you need from butter or other oils.
You can also use it for topical application on the skin: eczema, burns, dehydration ...
It does not require a refrigerator even when it has been opened.
