Fitzza by MAX PROTEIN® is an oatmeal flavored with different flavors, with which you can prepare bases for delicious pizzas, paninis, pancakes, focaccia and a multitude of preparations with the authentic flavor of Italian pizza, with all the properties of the flour of oats.
How to use: Mix 5 tablespoons of product with 3 egg whites, and salt to taste. Mix the ingredients for the base and beat until you get a homogeneous piece. In a pan, greased with a few drops of oil, pour the mixture over low heat so that it does not burn until it forms a pancake. Once the pancake is made, place in the oven previously heated to 180 degrees about 5 minutes.
