It is non-stick, easy to clean, and oven and dishwasher safe.

Recommendations for use:

• Wash before the first use with lukewarm water and a neutral non-abrasive detergent.
• Grease before using with oil or butter.
• Never heat up with nothing inside.
• For a longer duration of the coating, use wooden or plastic utensils, not metallic.
• Do not cut food inside.
• Avoid using detergents and abrasive pads. It is recommended to use neutral detergent.
• Dishwasher safe although hand washing is recommended.
