Without palm oil
500g of Rustic Mix It, 6gr of oil, 10g of dry yeast or 12gr of fresh yeast, 630ml of water, 8g of salt.
Pour the flour into the bowl. Mix the flour with the dry yeast. If you use fresh yeast, dissolve it in warm water (30º) and pour it over the flour. Add salt and knead it for approx. 2 minutes with a kneading arm to the minimum level. Then add the oil while kneading, increase the speed and continue kneading for 4-5 more minutes. Pour the dough into a greased and floured square pan and smooth the dough. Cover the square pan with a damp cloth (or transparent film) and let it sit in a warm place for approx. 30-35 minutes (until the volume has doubled). To give the crust a golden color, paint it with sunflower oil. In the meantime, place a mold with water on the base of the oven and preheat the oven for 60 minutes. Remove the bread, remove it from the mold and once cooled it can be cut. Store the bread in the refrigerator.
