Taifun Tofu Curry and Mango is an ingenious combination of curry with pieces of mango and a subtle touch of ginger and hot chili. A real eye-catcher due to its yellow curry colour.
It is recommended before processing the tofu, rub it with a paper towel or let it drain well. If you don't use all of the tofu, place the rest on a plate and cover completely with fresh water. This way, the tofu will keep in the refrigerator for another 3-4 days. Change the water daily.
Enjoy it hot or cold. It goes perfectly with salads, rice dishes or vegetable dishes.
