In each container of pancakes there is 400 g of preparation that will serve you to make about 20 medium protein pancakes.

We calculate that a good portion for breakfast for a healthy adult could be 2 or 3 protein pancakes accompanied by a piece of fruit and some nut cream.

How to use:

1. Mix 40 g of preparation with 50 ml of vegetable drink.
2. Pour half of the mixture into a hot nonstick skillet greased with a little oil.
3. Let the mixture cook for 30-60 seconds (or until you can easily peel it off) and flip the pancake over.
4. Cook it another 30 seconds and remove it from the pan.
5. Repeat again with the rest of the mixture.
