How to use: Soak the necessary amount of gelatin sheets separately in cold water for approximately 5-7 minutes, remove them from the water and gently drain the excess water.
- Hot dishes: Add the drained gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
- Cold dishes (eg: creams): Stir and slightly heat the gelatin until it dissolves completely (do not boil). Then slowly add the cold mixture to the gelatin. Never do this in the reverse order. Let the resulting mixture cool for at least 4 hours before serving.
Store in a dry and odor-free place.
