From the most remote antiquity, clay has been one of the most accessible, useful and appreciated natural remedies. Its composition includes its mineral content, especially silica.

How to use: Place the clay in a bowl, add water slowly and mix until you find the desired consistency. Preferably use wooden utensils so as not to alter the properties of the clay. Apply in the areas to be treated with a thickness between half and two centimeters. Once the clay is dry, remove gently, with water.
Applications: External use. Poultices, compresses, cold or hot plasters, beauty masks (body, facial and hair), mud baths.
In case of sensitive skin, a layer of sweet almond oil can be applied first.
Conservation: Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place protected from light.
