How to use: Bring abundant water to a boil. When it starts to boil add sea salt, and then the pasta. Stir just once and cook for 8-9 minutes. Once cooked to the point add a glass of cold water and turn off the heat. Wait a few seconds and then drain in a strainer. Add to the hot sauce and sauté for 30 seconds.
Conservation: Store in a cool and dry place preferably away from light and flour, rice or legumes.
