Beef bone broth simmers for up to 20 hours, releasing valuable nutrients like collagen and amino acids from the bones.
For the beef bone broth, we only use 100% organic bones that come from organic, pasture-raised cattle.
We make a homemade vegetable broth with organic vegetables as a base for the meat broth. A large part of the ingredients come from the Chiemgau region in southern Bavaria, where we also produce. The broth tastes just as delicious as a long-cooked beef broth or beef broth, but it also provides valuable nutrients from the beef bones.
In summary:
Beef bone broth is ready-to-eat, so you can drink it at room temperature or simply heat it briefly. Histamine, lead, and arachidonic acid have not been detected by routine laboratory tests.
