Hildegard Broth: Organic suckling beef bone broth is simmered for 20 hours, dissolving valuable nutrients like collagen, amino acids, and glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) from the bones and binding them to the broth.

For the beef bone broth, we only use organic bones from pasture-raised calves from organic farming. We use bones with a high collagen content (veal legs, ankles, kneecaps and thighs).

As a base for the beef bone broth, a homemade vegetable broth is cooked from organic vegetables. The ingredients come from farmers in the region surrounding our production in Bavaria. A recipe with spices (eg Bertram, Quendel, Hyssop) according to Hildegard v. Bingen makes our beef bone broth especially beneficial.

Beef Bone Broth Facts:

  • 3.5 g of collagen per glass.
  • Collagen-forming amino acids: glycine (2.3g/100ml), proline (1.2g/100ml), lysine (0.5g/100ml).
  • Other important amino acids: Arginine (0.8g/100ml), Glutamine (1.4g/100ml).
  • Low in calories: only 28 kcal per glass.
  • Free of: Gluten, lactose, lead, histamine, arachidonic acid.

Regularly drink pure beef bone broth as a source of collagen or use the broth as a base for hearty soups, sauces or smoothies. Histamine, lead, and arachidonic acid have not been detected by routine laboratory tests.

How do you use suckling beef bone broth?

  • As a daily health routine to provide collagen and amino acids.
  • To enhance shakes - with the collagen and proteins from bone broth.
  • To diet or fasting (only 28 kcal per 350ml).
  • As a natural source of protein and amino acids after exercise.
  • As a basis for tasty recipes (eg soups, sauces, roasts).
