Preparation mode:
Soak the rice leaves and keep them in warm water for 15-20 seconds. Drain the water and carefully spread it out on a flat surface. Place 1 sheet (or 2 if you want a thicker roll). Place the stuffing on the bottom edge of the sheet, finishing with fresh herbs. Fold and roll as shown in the figure. Serve at room temperature or fry until golden. Enjoy it with sauce!
