If you want a delicious, healthy pizza with a great nutritional value, don't miss out on this highly protein pizza preparation thanks to quinoa flour and pea protein isolate. Its psyllium content makes the dough more spongy, without forgetting its high fiber content thanks to the ground flax seeds. In addition, it is lower in carbohydrates than those made with conventional flours.
You just have to follow the following steps:
1. Mix the content of the pizza preparation with 200ml of warm water
2. Knead well and stretch the dough with a rolling pin until it is the thickness you prefer (we recommend a thickness of 1cm)
3. Bake the dough at 180º for 5 minutes
4. Then add ingredients to your liking, you can add a touch of salt, and bake it again at the same temperature for another 5 or 10 minutes.
