Lavender: On the shores of the Mediterranean you can smell the intoxicating aroma of lavender. From there the plant is native, belonging to the family of the lamiaceae, although it is cultivated in all the continents due to its beautiful flowers. Lavender has a bitter-tasty and slightly sour taste and contains valuable essential oils.
Green oat grass: The green oat grass (Bromus ramosus) belongs to the family of grasses and grows in all areas of temperate climate. It consists of the upper parts of the oat plant, which are harvested before flowering and dried directly afterwards. The green oat grass have a mild, pleasant and slightly sweet flavor.
Lemon grass: The lemon grass contains essential oils and has a strong flavor, fresh lemon. To this day it is not clear where the plant of the family of grasses of great use in Asian cuisine originally originated.
