Gudgreen konjac pasta is obtained from the roots of a tuber called konjac (Amorphophallus Konjac), originally from Asia and cultivated in China and Japan for almost 2000 years.
Konjac root, whose scientific name is glucomannan, offers a high fiber content, almost 90%, and has a high water absorption capacity. Due to these properties it helps to calm the appetite and has a great satiating effect.
It is a low-calorie food, has a very low level of carbohydrates, has no wheat gluten, sugar, fat or starch. It has been prepared without GMO, that is, without genetic alterations.
Konjac pasta is suitable for vegan diets, gluten-free or for those on a low-calorie diet plan, as it contains only 6.4 kcal / 100 g.
