This potato starch is a 100% organic raw product, and suitable for paleo diets.
Potato starch is a fine, flavorless powder with an excellent texture, which gives more viscosity than wheat or corn starches, and makes it possible to make more delicious products without causing inflammations.
It is used to thicken creams and purees, bind sauces and give them more consistency, and as a binder in cake flours, doughs, cookies and ice cream.
It is ideal for gluten-free recipes, suitable for celiacs and diabetics. AND
Potato starch withstands higher temperatures than corn starch when used as a thickener.
How to use: Put 4 tablespoons per liter. Melt, cold, in a little of the liquid and add to the rest. Boil over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring. Season to taste.
